5) Ordering online and Payment.

An order is taken as concluded once payment has been accepted, this will then be confirmed via an email to the customer in the form of an order confirmation.

6) Delivery.

Manor and Mutt will absolutely do all we can to make sure your order is with you within the stipulated time frame. If circumstances dictate that delivery can not be fulfilled within the estimated timescale, we will make best endeavors to bring this to the customers attention using the contact details made available to us at the point of ordering. However we cannot guarantee that communication of delayed delivery will be brought to the customers attention on each and every occasion. Additionally our third party courier suppliers may choose to contact you using details supplied at the point of placing your order. These details are treated by our suppliers in line with the General Data Protection Regulation in their capacity as the data processor.

If for reasons out of our control we can not fulfill our side of the order we will provide the customer with the option to put the item on back order or to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Some of the products we offer are custom made or available for personalisation. These particular items have individual dispatch/ delivery times, if you are concerned as a customer you should enquire via email to receive a more exact quote of time frame before ordering.

We send all our deliveries tracked and signed for via courier, it is the customers responsibility to make sure they are able to accept the delivery. Where possible Manor and Mutt will try to facilitate special delivery requirements but customers should first enquire via email or telephone.
